Privacy Policy for Infinity Notes
Infinity Notes is provided by AKTVISION ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Infinity Notes Android application, identified by the package name com.aktvision.infinitynotes, handles information.
Summary
Infinity Notes is an offline note-taking and drawing application. The current version does not require an account, display advertising, use analytics, or send your note content to AKTVISION servers.
Information stored by the app
The app stores the following information locally in its private storage on your device:
- notes and titles you create;
- freehand drawings and their coordinates, colors, and sizes;
- canvas preferences such as paper color; and
- information needed to reopen and manage your saved notes.
AKTVISION does not collect or receive this locally stored information.
Android device backups
Infinity Notes allows Android's standard backup feature. If device backup is enabled in your Android or Google account settings, Android or your selected backup provider may include the app's locally stored data in a device backup. Those backups are controlled by the operating system and backup provider, not by AKTVISION, and are governed by their privacy terms. You can manage device backups in your Android settings.
Permissions and network access
The current release does not request internet access, location, contacts, camera, microphone, or advertising permissions. It does not transmit notes or drawings over a network.
Data sharing and sale
AKTVISION does not sell, rent, or share personal information from Infinity Notes. The current version contains no advertising or analytics SDKs.
Data retention and deletion
Your notes remain on your device until you delete them in the app, clear the app's storage, or uninstall the app. Copies contained in an Android device backup may remain according to the backup provider's retention and deletion rules.
Children's privacy
Infinity Notes does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users. Because note content is stored locally, a parent or guardian can remove it by deleting the notes, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.
Security
Infinity Notes uses Android's private application storage to protect local data from ordinary access by other apps. No method of device storage is completely secure, so users should protect their devices with current security updates and a screen lock.
Changes to this policy
If Infinity Notes later adds features that change how information is handled—such as cloud synchronization, image import, Bluetooth communication, analytics, or account services—this policy will be updated before or when those features are released. The effective date at the top will also be revised.
